Duties and Responsibilities:
• Oversee store operations planning, directing, and activities.
• Monitor achievement of sales targets, implement sales programs and strategies to meet targets upon the approval of the Retail Sales Manager.
• Conduct training and motivate store personnel towards the attainment of sales targets.
• Maintain store expenses within the budget and minimize cost in utilities, supplies and maintenance.
• Conduct daily store meetings with subordinates to monitor sales and efficiency of personnel.
• Secure company assets are handled well such as but not limited to store personnel, store fixtures, cash and merchandise.
• Review and submit reports such as but not limited to Daily Sales Report (DSR), monthly sales and evaluation report, monthly inventory report, and competitors activities.
• Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

Requirements:
• College graduate preferably bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accountancy or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 1 to 3 years experience in the related field.
• Experience in Retail as Supervisor/Manager
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Able to analyze store performance and develop strategies for improvement
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office and POS system
Pay: ₱20,000.00 - ₱25,000.00 per month
Job Type: Full-time
