Store Supervisor

Location: Multiple Branches (Glorietta, Powerplant Mall, MOA, SM Megamall)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Level: Entry/Mid-level (1–3 years retail experience)

Salary: P25,000 + incentive

Job Summary:

We're seeking a Store Supervisor to lead our sales team and ensure our stores consistently deliver top-notch customer experiences and meet revenue goals. If you're a natural leader with a passion for coaching and driving results, this role is your chance to make an impact

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets

● Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed

● Lead store operations, including opening/closing procedures and inventory management

● Support visual merchandising standards to ensure an attractive and organized store

● Analyze sales data and collaborate with management to develop strategies for growth

● Act as a role model for excellent customer service and brand representation

● Coordinate with other departments (marketing and merchandising) for promotions and campaigns

Qualifications:

● Minimum 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

● Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills

● Results-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales targets

● Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

● Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
