About the Role
The Freight Specialist is responsible for coordinating freight shipments and developing competitive quotations and pricing strategies. This role works closely with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, timely delivery, and outstanding service. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in freight coordination, pricing, or logistics.
(Fresh graduates who passed the relevant licensure exam are welcome to apply.)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of freight regulations, logistics operations, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate freight shipments and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Develop and prepare pricing strategies and quotations for freight services based on customer requirements and cost analysis.
Evaluate pricing data, competitor rates, and customer demand to establish competitive and profitable pricing structures.
Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams for seamless logistics operations.
Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with customers and carriers to secure favorable agreements while maximizing profitability.
Monitor shipment progress, resolve issues, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Prepare freight performance and pricing reports for management review.
