Key Responsibilities: Facilities Services: Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity processes as DRR adminManage multiple stakeholders and supervise support teams (security, technicians, housekeeping)Implement site upkeep and maintenance programsProvide logistics support for meetings and eventsHandle communication operations and vendor coordination for courier servicesProcess PEZA requirement renewals and other government-mandated compliance documentation Engineering Services: Ensure compliance with mechanical and electrical safety standardsPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance on plant, machinery, and infrastructureManage civil, mechanical, electrical, electronic maintenance and minor modificationsMonitor voice communication and audio-conferencing systemsCoordinate service provider activities during disruptionsOversee snag list closure for new infrastructure handovers Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Environmental, Health & Safety, or related)PRC license is an advantageMinimum 3 years experience in facilities or engineering support under a service desk environmentCertifications: Pollution Control Officer (PCO), Safety Officer 2 (SO2) preferredProficiency with SAP, AMS, AMBIT, MS OfficeStrong multitasking and communication skillsWillingness to work onsite in Alabang with shifting schedulesAble to start ASAPIMPORTANT: PLEASE UPDATE YOUR CV TO CLEARLY INDICATE YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH FACILITIES ENGINEERINGBenefits: HMO for Employee and 2 Dependents (On Day 1)Quarterly performance bonusOutstanding career development opportunities15% Night Differential24 Leaves Annually
