As we expand our team, we're on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Senior Travel Sales Agent to join our team.The Role: As a SENIOR TRAVEL SALES AGENT, you'll be the driving force behind our sales success, responsible for: 1. Identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients 2. Showcasing our portfolio of exquisite villas for clients going on a vacation 3. Meeting and exceeding sales targets with finesse 4. Ensuring an exceptional customer experience from inquiry to closingWho We're Looking For: * A deep enthusiasm for exploring unique destinations and curating bespoke experiences for discerning clients. * A natural talent for building rapport and fostering meaningful relationships through excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Loves to travel and explore different cultures. * Thinks outside the box to craft innovative solutions and elevate the client experience. * Proficient in leveraging digital tools and quick to adapt to changing industry trends and client demands. * Demonstrates initiative, consistently delivering exceptional customer service with a personal touch. * Thrives in a target-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas through strategic planning and focused execution. * Persuasive and results-oriented, skilled in identifying opportunities, presenting tailored solutions, and closing high-value deals.What We Offer: * Performance Incentives * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Training and support to enhance your sales skills. * Access to a diverse portfolio of stunning villas * A collaborative and innovative work environmentJob Description: * Maintain professional standards in all coordination and transactions. * Consistently achieve predefined rental targets and confirmation rates in alignment with market conditions and management preferences. * Coordinate availability, rates, and other information requested by the client to the villa owner or management company through telephone calls, email correspondence, and other communication platforms developed and used by the company. * Provide excellent customer service through active listening. * Recommend alternative villas to clients with utmost consideration to their requirements. * Handle complaints with a 24-hour turnaround * Familiarize with the villa features and service offerings. * Ensure payments are settled and collected based on agreed terms and conditions. * Achieve superior ratings and feedback from guests. * Follow workflows and standard operating procedures (S.O.P.) set by the department leadership. * Amenable to ad hoc assignments * Availability to Work On-site (Makati area) and through various shifts (morning, mid, and night – until 9 pm), weekends, and holidays.Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree holder in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or any related course is preferred. * 5+ years related work experience in sales, travel management, and customer service, have traveled and/or worked abroad. * Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
