We are seeking an exceptional NON-VOICE Customer Service - Financial Account professional to join our dynamic team at Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' in Commonwealth Quezon City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role with a fixed weekend off schedule.

What you'll be doing
Provide outstanding customer service to our financial services clients through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and professionalism
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and industry regulations

What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial services industry
2nd year College Completed - Open to starter (NO BPO experience applicant)OR HS Grad-Atleast 6 months BPO experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues
Exceptional time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and a genuine desire to help others
