Role Overview – Social Media Management (Non-Voice)

As a Non-Voice Social Media Management Agent, you will:
• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media platforms
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and brand interactions
• Follow brand voice, tone, and social media guidelines
• Resolve customer concerns professionally without voice calls
• Work in a structured pioneer account with growth opportunities

No voice calls required
Pioneer account with early career and leadership opportunities

Qualifications
• At least 3 months International BPO experience (voice or non-voice)
• Senior High School Graduate (K-12) or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic typing and computer navigation skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.)
• Willing to work onsite at Bridgetowne, Pasig
