Qualifications: College/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalentAt least 2 to 3 years Experience of Customer Service/Finance processes within a multinational, shared service environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills along with active listeningHighly proficient in using various accounting and office applicationsProficient in using Excel for data analysis (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Dynamic, hands-on, proactive self-starter. Resilience is a must.Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skillsResults drivenAbility to adapt to change, demonstrating flexibility and ownership of the changeProven ability to deliver to tight deadlinesCustomer service approach, focused on serving all key stakeholdersExcellent written and oral communication skills Duties and Responsibilities: Process invoices for end-of-month client billingIssue invoices for new client agreements, including initial office fees and depositsGenerate recurring monthly invoices for clients availing additional servicesManage client renewals and expansions in the billing systemHandle internal office relocations and adjustments in the billing system, including generating necessary invoices and credit notesUpdate and maintain accurate client records in the billing systemFollow established procedures for issuing credit notes and processing waiver requestsReconcile invoices against statements to ensure accuracyAddress and resolve billing disputes and inquiries from clients and internal stakeholdersEnsure timely preparation of reports for management accounting purposesGuarantee accurate and timely monthly billing for assigned centersMaintain organized records of billing reports and supporting documentsProvide clear instructions and helpful information to clients and team members regarding billing mattersRespond promptly and accurately to helpdesk inquiries about billing and related issuesReinforce payment policies to customers in cases of payment issuesPrepare and distribute monthly reports on scheduleEfficiently manage billing setup and conduct payment method audits
