Position: General Affairs Assistant (One Day Hiring Process)

Salary: Php17,000 - Php18,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
✨Have experience in administrative or clerical task is a plus.
✨Can attend interviews
✨Amenable to work onsite in Laguna
✨Can start as soon as possible.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨Previous experience in General Affairs or administrative roles is an advantage.
✨ Manage daily administrative operations, including facilities management, office supply monitoring, and procurement activities.
✨ Coordinate company events, meetings, visa processing, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth logistics and planning.
✨ Work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
✨ Assist in HR-related functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
