Position: General Affairs Staff (Visa Processing)

Location: Laguna Techno Park, Biñan Laguna
Salary: Php18,000 – Php20,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)
Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in any of Business Administration course
✨At least 1-2 years of work experience in General Affairs.
✨Knowledgeable in processing PEZA and BOC
✨Willing to work fully on site
✨Amenable to work as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Processing DOLE, DOJ, Visa and PEZA
✨ Coordinating with Immigration for travel arrangements including flights, hotels and transportation.
✨ Assisting superiors in processing with all requirements and compliances.
✨ Ensure compliance with labor and immigration laws.
✨ Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
