Position: Visa Processing Officer (Free Shuttle)

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related course
Experience in administrative or clerical tasks is an advantage but not required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Can attend face-to-face interviews
Willing to work onsite in Biñan, Laguna
Can start immediately or as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily administrative and general affairs tasks to support smooth office operations
Monitor office supplies, handle procurement requests, and coordinate with suppliers
Assist in facilities and office equipment management, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and proper maintenance
Organize and coordinate company events, internal meetings, and employee activities
Facilitate travel arrangements, visa processing, and necessary documentation for employees
Support HR functions including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee documentation, and filing
Prepare and update administrative reports and records as required
Work collaboratively with various departments while also being capable of working independently
