Job description:HR Responsibilities:+ Preparing job description, advertising vacant position, and managing the employment process.+ Orientation new employees and training existing employees.+ Monitoring employee performance.+ Ensuring that all employees are organized and satiated in their work environment.+ Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.+ Implementing systematic staff development procedures.+ Providing counseling on policies and procedures.+ Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.+ Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance+ Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.Qualifications:= Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or any related courses.= Preferably have 1 to 2 years of experience in in the field of Human Resources= Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills= Protecting the interest of all employees= Computer Literate (MS Office application, Word, Excel, Outlook)= Knowledgeable in all government filings and deadlines, labor and statutory reports processing of certifications, licenses and permits, hands-on timekeeping and payroll processing, and compensation and benefits administration, is an advantage.= Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.= Works well under pressure and can work with minimum supervision.
