We are looking for Finance Admin Support in BGC for a Hybrid Set up.

Job Responsibilities:

PTP

  • Prepare certificate for 2307 of supplier
  • Collect hardcopy of the supplier invoices relate to tax purposes
  • Proper filing and safekeeping of documents
  • Cheque collection from Citibank (AdHoc)
  • Ad HOc project/tasks as required.

OTC

  • Prepare of collection receipt of customers
  • Manage and monitoring of 2307 received from customers
  • prepare and arrange for invoice countering (specific account)
  • Monitor invoice countering until cheque deposit
  • Assistance in managing Key Accounts (As required)
  • Annual BIR Tax Documents
  • Proper Filing and Safekeeping of documents
  • Ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • years of experience in AP role
  • Worked in a fast-phased environment. AR and/or AP role is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Financial Accounting knowledge, particularly in accounts payable
  • Basic Skills in MS Applications (Word and Excel)
  • Strong written and spoken English communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
