Senior IT Infrastructure Operations Support Analyst
Profile and Technical Requirements
-- Excellent telephone manners.
-- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
-- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
-- Experience with server management (Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
-- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Office Suite.
-- Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
-- Strong understanding of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
-- Knowledge of IT security practices (firewalls, antivirus, encryption, etc.).
-- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery procedures.
-- Ability to configure and support VPNs, firewalls, and other network security tools.
-- Experience with ticketing systems.
-- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure) is an advantage.
-- Experience with ITIL processes (Incident Management, Change Management).
-- Ability to learn and progress quickly, with a proven track record of self-advancement.
-- Good communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
-- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices.

Certifications (Preferred & Required)
-- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
-- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900).
-- Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
-- Preferred: Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).
-- Advantageous:
-- Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate (AZ-800 & AZ-801).
-- Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700).

Mid IT Infrastructure Operations Support Analyst
Profile and Technical Requirements
-- Strong multitasking and information-gathering skills.
-- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
-- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude towards learning.
-- Capable of working with targets (SLAs).
-- Technical experience with Windows Server (2012/2016/2019), Windows 10/11.
-- Familiarity with Group Policy, PowerShell, Citrix XenApp, and Microsoft Azure/O365.
-- Basic knowledge of networking, virtualization, IIS, and operating systems.
-- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, or Office 365.
-- Understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
-- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
-- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
-- Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Work Environment & Expectations
-- Standard office hours, with occasional after-hours support as needed.
-- Occasional travel to company locations may be required.
-- Primarily office-based work with occasional remote support tasks.
