The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for E-Commerce is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent support across multiple online channels. This role ensures a smooth shopping experience by assisting customers with orders, payments, shipping, returns, and product-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, social media, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and modifications
Handle complaints, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies
Provide accurate product information, pricing, promotions, and availability
Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve order issues
Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and brand professionalism
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Qualifications & Skills
High school graduate or college level (Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is preferred
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficient in using computers, CRM tools, and e-commerce platforms
Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
