Project Manager Assistant Role

The Project Management Team Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting the Project Manager, coordinating various aspects of project implementation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the planning process to define each project's scope, goals, and objectives.
  • Developing detailed plans outlining tasks, resources, timelines, and deliverables for successful execution.
  • Tracking project progress against budget and timeline to ensure cost optimization and efficiency.
  • Coordinating with Quality Assurance/Control, Safety, Engineering, and Procurement departments to resolve on-site issues.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of site instructions, variations, and punch listing for project completion and turnover.

Key qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture;
Preferably licensed;
At least 5 years' experience in the related field;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong project management skills;
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
Highly organized with keen attention to details;
