A 50 year old Japanese company expanded their business in the Philippines. This company is popular for leading the railway, the logistics, import, export, shipping, trading and more business in Japan. Due to its success, this firm opened its office in Manila to serve the globe.

Position: Logistics CSR
Salary: Php 18,000 to Php25,000 (Fixed Dayshift)
Type of Job: Calls and Emails
Account: Local or Asian Account
Company Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm
Work Location: Laguna
Work Schedule: Fixed Day shift (8am to 5pm only) *this is not shifting
Work Set Up: Onsite in Laguna

Who is qualified?
Bachelors Degree holder of any course , open to undergraduate
Open to someone with work experience or no experience
This is an urgent hiring: Heads required is 4
Willing to undergo training
Willing to work using emails and calls with customers
This is not “complaint line” this is more on order management

What are the duties of the job?
Guide customer on how to place an order
Answer inquiries about logistics rate, timeline and shipping
Answer customers via email, Chat and phone calls
Use Tagalog and English based on Customer preferences
Update customers regarding their ongoing orders
Help customer place an order once decided
Double check if customer requirements are compliant with PEZA
