Property Manager

Overview Ensure full compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including the timely renewal of permits, licenses, and service contracts directly associated with the property and its common areas. Develop, implement, and enforce a comprehensive Property Security Plan , ensuring the safety of the community while maintaining respectful engagement with unit owners, tenants, guests, service personnel, and visitors. Proactively initiate and execute measures to enhance the visual appeal, functionality, and operational efficiency of the property’s shared facilities, amenities, and equipment. Prepare the property\'s Annual Operating Budget and Capital Expenditure Plan , taking into account all necessary allocations for maintenance, upgrades, and community needs. Oversee the proper collection and disbursement of association dues and other fees, ensuring transparent fund management and regular monitoring of both savings and current accounts. Generate and submit a monthly financial report showing year-to-date actual revenues and expenditures, along with variance analysis against the approved budget to support informed decision-making by the board or association. Qualifications Graduate of Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management or Building/Property Management course 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager preferably in Residential developments (horizontal).
