As an Admin Staff at Index Zone Carwash and Detailing Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our branches. Your primary responsibility will be handling administrative tasks, manage inventory & supplies, and supporting the team in maintaining excellent service standards. If you're organized, customer-focused, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, this position is perfect for you.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service & Support:Greet and assist customers with inquiries, service options, and bookings both in-person and over the phone.Provide detailed information about services, pricing, and promotions to help customers make informed decisions.Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback, ensuring a positive experience.Administrative Tasks:Handle day-to-day administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.Manage appointments and coordinate scheduling for car cleaning and detailing services.Update and maintain customer records, invoices, and service history.Inventory & Supplies Management:Monitor inventory levels of cleaning products, tools, and other supplies.Assist in ordering and restocking supplies to ensure smooth operations.Ensure that equipment and materials are organized and well-maintained.Cash Handling & Financial Tasks:Process payments and issue receipts for customers.Assist with daily cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies.Manage petty cash for branch-related expenses.Team Support:Collaborate with carwash/detailing staff to ensure timely service delivery.Assist in coordinating staff schedules and ensuring the efficient flow of operations.Perform other tasks as needed to support branch operations.Marketing & Promotion Support:Help manage and update social media channels with promotions, announcements, and customer reviews.Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (College degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus).At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role (preferably in a service-oriented business).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-first attitude.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth and wellness benefits (if applicable)Opportunities for growth and advancementPositive work environment with a supportive team
