We are looking for experienced Servers who are excited to join us on our new endeavor. Our Servers must be experienced, hospitable, warm, and high-spirited, with fine-dining experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment The Server is responsible for creating an experience our guest will remember
As a Server, you will be the face of our restaurant and a key player in shaping the guest experience. You’ll be expected to deliver attentive, seamless, and knowledgeable service in a polished but relaxed environment. A passion for hospitality, teamwork, and continued learning is essential. Our Fine Dining Servers are ambassadors of the Isabella’s experience. Precision, grace, and a deep understanding of hospitality are essential. You will guide guests through their dining journey while upholding the high standards of modern fine dining.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly, provide menus, and assist in answering questions about the menu and specials. Offer recommendations and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Order Accuracy: Input food and drink orders into the POS system with precision, ensuring modifications and dietary requests are accurately communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages promptly, checking for order accuracy before delivering to guests. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs throughout their dining experience.
• Table Maintenance: Clear tables efficiently, removing used dishes, glassware, and utensils. Reset tables promptly to provide a clean and welcoming atmosphere for the next guests.
• Up-Selling: Encourage guests to explore menu options, including appetizers, desserts, and specialty drinks, to enhance their dining experience and increase revenue.
• Payment Processing: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and provide change or receipts as needed. Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including side stations and service areas. Assist in maintaining overall restaurant cleanliness.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bussers, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience. Assist colleagues during peak times as necessary.
• Deliver refined, anticipatory service using proper fine-dining steps of service
• Educate guests on menu items, ingredients, wine pairings, and chef specials
• Maintain strict standards for table setup, pacing, and guest flow
• Demonstrate polished plate carrying, tray service, and wine service techniques
• Ensure communication between FOH and BOH remains seamless and professional
• Manage guest preferences, dietary requests, and special occasions with care
• Present dishes accurately according to chef descriptions
• Maintain an elevated and composed demeanor even during peak service

Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Food Server in a restaurant or similar setting is preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and a desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical qualifications:
• Ability to move throughout the dining room effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15lbs and bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions
