We are looking for experienced Dishwashers who are excited to join us on our new endeavor. Our Dishwashers must be experienced, hospitable, warm, and high-spirited, with fine-dining experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment
As a Dishwasher, you will help maintain the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, allowing our chefs to focus on crafting delicious meals. A crucial role within Isabella’s, the Dishwasher/Steward ensures the kitchen runs efficiently and hygienically. This position provides support for the culinary team and maintains the backbone of our kitchen operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing equipment and by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dish area, kitchen, and storage spaces.
• Sort and rinse dirty dishes before placing them in the dishwasher.
• Ensure that all dishes are clean and sanitized for service or storage.
• Assist in food preparation and basic kitchen tasks as needed during slow periods.
• Take out the trash regularly and maintain a clean work environment.
• Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the kitchen manager promptly
• Ensure a constant flow of clean wares for kitchen and service staff
• Support kitchen organization, storage rotation, and equipment cleanliness

Physical qualifications:
• Ability to move throughout the kitchen room effectively.
• Ability to lift and carry serving trays weighing up to 15lbs and bus tubs weighing up to 40
lbs.
• Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
