Accounting and Reporting Head

Are you a seasoned finance leader with a passion for financial transparency, strategic reporting, and global coordination? Join our team and take the lead in overseeing information management and internal/external financial reporting for a dynamic, growth-driven organization.

What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end financial reporting, including submissions to the SEC, Corporate Controlling, and other global stakeholders.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams to prepare, consolidate, and review the mid-term plan, annual budget, and rolling forecasts.
- Drive reporting excellence by improving management reports and presentation materials for key business meetings (S&OP, ExeCom, Board, Audit Committee).
- Spearhead financial process improvements, dashboard development, and reporting tool enhancements.
- Oversee accounting operations via our shared services center, ensuring accurate month-end closings and reconciliations.
- Manage external audits and ensure compliance with IAS, IFRS, PFRS, and HARP standards.
- Administer changes to SAP structures (Chart of Accounts, cost/profit centers) and support integration of new legal entities.
- Lead corporate restructuring and special projects to optimize financial operations.
- Develop and implement company-wide accounting policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team committed to ethics, accuracy, and accountability.
- Serve as key liaison with the Business Services Center (BSC) on finance-related matters.

What We're Looking For:
- A Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- At least 7 years of experience in financial reporting, information management, variance analysis, and budgeting
- Strong working knowledge of PFRS/IFRS standards
- Experience with SAP and international group reporting preferred
- Proven leadership in managing audits, budgets, and cross-functional finance teams
- A strategic thinker with a drive for accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
- Willing to work in BGC, Taguig on hybrid work arrangement
