Monthly Stipend: ₱70,000 – ₱90,000 (performance-based progression)

This is not a traditional software developer role, a coding bootcamp, or a “learn at your own pace” program.
This residency is for people who want to move beyond manual execution and into designing, directing, and owning intelligent systems in an AI-first world.

This residency develops AI-Driven Solution Architects capable of designing systems, guiding AI execution, and adapting faster than the market.
What You’ll Do
As a Solution Architect Resident, you will:
- Break down complex business or technical problems into structured systems
- Design solution architectures (workflows, data flows, decision logic)
- Direct AI tools to implement parts of solutions
- Review and validate AI output
- Learn complex concepts quickly
- Participate in architecture discussions and planning sessions
- Gradually take ownership of real production-level systems
- You will think more than you type and be accountable for outcomes.

- All assessments are paid. Results are communicated as pass/fail.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive monthly stipend: ₱70,000 – ₱90,000
