This is not a traditional software developer role, a coding bootcamp, or self-paced learning.
This residency is for individuals who want to move beyond manual coding and into designing, directing, and owning intelligent systems in an AI-first world. If you’re looking for a conventional developer path, this program is not for you.

AI can now write, review, and refactor code faster than humans. What it still needs are people who can frame problems, design systems, apply judgment, and take accountability.
This residency trains AI-Driven Solution Architects who design systems, guide AI execution, and adapt faster than the market.
What Residency Means Here
This is a paid, full-time, fixed-term (2-year) residency. You are paid while learning and contributing, with performance-based progression and increasing expectations. High performers grow into higher-responsibility roles. This is a serious commitment—and a serious opportunity.
What You’ll Do
You’ll break down complex problems into systems, design solution architectures, direct AI tools, validate outputs, review scalability, and take ownership of real production systems. You will think more than you type—and be accountable for outcomes.

Fast learners with strong reasoning skills, system thinkers, and those comfortable with AI-driven workflows who want long-term relevance over comfort.
Who This Is Not For
Traditional developers focused on manual coding, candidates who need step-by-step instructions, those resistant to AI, or builders of only simple apps or websites. Clarity now prevents frustration later.
How We Evaluate
We do not evaluate based on coding volume. We assess learning speed, reasoning, attention to detail, and adaptability. All assessments are paid and pass/fail.
Compensation & Benefits
₱70,000–₱90,000 monthly stipend, performance-based increases and bonuses, fully remote (PH-based), and mentorship from senior architects.
After Year 1:
HMO coverage, internet allowance, monthly vouchers, paid time off, and stock options (rare in the PH market).
