Position Title: Communications Trainer (Cebu) | HybridWork Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite during training period) in Cebu Start Date: ASAP Account Type: Talent Skilling Support Type: Support Shift Schedule: 12 PM - 9 PM | Fixed weekends off Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent (High school/senior high school)At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer in any industryOpen to process trainers, even those from non-BPO backgroundsExcellent English communication skillsExposure to American culture is a plus Key Responsibilities: Needs Assessment: Assess the current communication skills of individuals or teams to identify areas for improvement.Curriculum Development: Create training materials, workshops, lesson plans, and resources tailored to specific communication needs.Training Delivery: Conduct workshops, classes, and seminars to teach effective communication techniques, including public speaking, interpersonal skills, professional development, and interview skills.Feedback & Coaching: Offer constructive feedback and coaching during sessions to help trainees enhance their verbal, written, listening, and body language skills.
