REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
-Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin and Fukien (conversational level)
-Filipino who can speak English (conversational level)
-At least 2nd-year College Undergraduates are welcome to apply
-No age limit and no gender preferences
-3-6 months of customer service experience is a big plus
-Can start as soon as possible



RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
-Taking inbound calls and providing customer service to local bank credit card customers.
-Responsible for any bank-related matters.
-Answering inquiries or concerns related to credit cards.
-Handle credit card redemptions.
-Assist in the redemption of the gift certificate.
-Discuss the credit card perks.
-Discuss the payment terms and card activation.
-Verify the account information and updates.
