As a technical support representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and technical issues through both email and phone support. Tasks include troubleshooting internet or service-related problems, guiding customers through basic to intermediate technical steps, escalating unresolved concerns, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution. You will be expected to deliver clear, courteous, and solution-focused communication, document each interaction properly, and maintain service quality and efficiency in line with company standards.

Qualifications:
-With at least 6 months of experience in email or non-voice support, preferably in a Telco or technical account.
-Basic computer skills
-Good comprehension and ability to analyze and resolve customer issues via email/call.
-Reliable, punctual, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
-Willing to work on shifting schedules, holidays, or weekends as required.
