New Product Development Manager- Food and Non Food Raw Materials

Key Responsibilities

Identify and lead initial sales efforts for new food and non-food raw material products.
Collaborate with the Technical team to develop product formulations and oversee product specifications.
Coordinate with the Sales team to create and execute go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.
Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Monitor product performance and gather market feedback to guide improvements and strategic decisions.
Support the VP of New Business and Procurement in identifying potential product categories and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in product management or product development within the raw materials industry (food and non-food sectors).
Proven experience in B2B sales and product launches.
Strong knowledge of raw material applications and market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and sales skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and product management tools.
Results-oriented, detail-focused, and highly collaborative.
Innovative and customer-driven, with a strong passion for developing and introducing new products.
