Job PurposeThe Accounting Staff for Accounts payable of the Foodcrafters Inc. is responsible for processing all payables of the company including payment to suppliers and expenses. Key accountabilities:1.Responsible for the verification and processing of all company’s payables such as:Payable to supplier for purchasesProcess utility bills /expenses & other billings (Jbtec billings, PMS of vehicles, Billing of Trucking services & RCSNI transactions etc.)Witholding Tax – Expanded Forms /Certificate2.Maintain updated Masterfile containing records per supplier/payee3.In charge in check and check voucher preparation including stamps per document on weekly disbursement including:Fund transfersReplenishments and Cash Fund RequestSupplier PaymentsUtilities & Other Expenses4.Entertain and record all inquiries on follow up and status of check of supplier5.Maintain soft copy of supplier invoices for BIR VAT Audit submission6.Reconcile statement of account from supplier as needed7.Reconcile with concern department on issues concerning pending payables due to lack of proper documentation8.Recording of checks collected & their corresponding receipts for unreleased check reports9.Recording of OR Based Input Vat10.Prepares weekly Accounts payable Aging and other reports11.Analyze and prepare month end reports such as:Accounts Payable Book Witholding Tax Expanded Payables ReportSet-up accruals for expenses and other purchasesSummary of OR Base receipts for input vat recognition12.Maintain Organized File of Paid Vouchers (Monthly Basis Alphabetically).13.Commitment and compliance in the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc. 14.Performs other functions as deemed necessary by the Company Officer.
