Key Responsibilities
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for verifying and processing all company payables such as:
  • Payable to supplier for purchases
  • Process utility bills/expenses & other billings (Jbtec billings, PMS of vehicles, Billing of Trucking services & RCSNI transactions)
  • Witholding Tax – Expanded Forms/Certificate


In addition, the Analyst will maintain an updated masterfile containing records per supplier/payee, prepare check and check voucher documents, and reconcile statements of account from suppliers.
