Staff Nurse

Duties & responsibilities:Performs General nursing functions; and other related tasks1. Check vital signs, monitor blood pressure, temperature and pulse,2. May also be required to assist with surgery, supplying physicians with needed surgical tools and instruments.3. Assists in consultations; ECG, treadmill test, nebulization, ECU, immunization, etc4. Prepare rooms, sterile instruments, equipment and supplies, and ensure that stock of supplies is maintained5. Cleans & sterilizes instruments; charting and recording patients activities6. Administer local, inhalation, intravenous, and other anaesthetics.7. Provide health care, first aid, immunizations and assistance in convalescence and rehabilitation in locationssuch as schools, hospitals, and industry8. Maintains and complies with established policies and procedures, objectives, safety, quality assuranceprogram, safety, environmental and infection control standards of the center.9. Performs other official tasks that are related to her function that may be assigned from time to time.
