Job Summary: Budget Report Update and Management Reporting. Job Description: Annual Budgeting and Mid-year Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budget template.Assist in the gathering and consolidation of budget.Assist in the preparation and finalization of Financial Statement (FS) budget (Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows).Assist in the preparation and finalization of all budget schedules Budget Monitoring:Monitor actual CAPEX, Marketing, Travel and Operating Expenses versus budget. Consolidation and Management Reporting:Assist in the monthly consolidation of Financial Statements.Perform variance analysis.Prepare sub-schedules to be used in management reporting.Coordinate with Department Heads for the materials used in Mancom and Excom report.Collaborate with General Accounting counterpart for Income Statement, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, and other schedules that are needed for the FS consolidation and variance analysis.Consolidate slides/reports for Mancom and Excom reporting. Job Qualifications:Graduate of bachelor's degree in AccountancyWith at least 6 months to 1 year working experience in AccountingProficient in MS ApplicationsWilling to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa
