Mid Application SupportThe Application Support role involves providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for software applications, ensuring they function smoothly for end-users. This position requires a strong understanding of application functionality, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Responsibilities:Lead smooth and quality-assured transition of application features from development toproduction environmentsDrive continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of business application serviceoperationsLead the development of the Operations Enablement service catalogue to further improveservice deliveryRun/Lead small to mid-sized projects related to operationsQualifications:Degree in technology, software engineering or related quantitative fieldAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in technology and/or financialindustryStrong proficiency in SQL and JavaProficient in relational databases (SQL Server/PostgresDB)Experience in cloud services such as AWS (certification is a plus)Experience with incident and problem managementExperience in programming languages is a must-haveProficiency with collaboration and project tools like Jira, ConfluenceGood understanding or have gained experience on at least one common Enterprise AgileFramework (certification is a plus)Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple operations/projects at a time, whilemaintaining sharp attention to detailKnowledge about private markets would be an advantageLocation: BGC, TaguigSetup: Hybrid, Night ShiftBy Applying, you give consent to collect, store, and/or process personal and/or sensitive information for the purpose of recruitment and employment may it be internal to Cobden & Carter International and/or to its clients.
