Job description
- Oversee the overall financial and accounting operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Supervise the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency and internal controls.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning to support company objectives.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, statutory reports, and compliance with BIR and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies as necessary.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the accounting team, fostering continuous development and accountability.
- Monitor and control company expenses and recommend cost-saving strategies.
- Support management in strategic decision-making by providing financial insights and analysis.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (Preferably with CPA License)
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS), BIR regulations, and other relevant financial laws.
- Proficient in any accounting systems and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department coordination and external liaison.
- Preferably someone who can do onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig.
