Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves interacting with customers through phone, chat, or email to provide support, process requests, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
3. Resolve customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively
4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
5. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and call handling time
6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer satisfaction
7. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
2. Strong communication and active listening skills
3. Proficiency in computer applications and data entry
4. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
5. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
6. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage
