We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting various accounting functions including revenue monitoring, accounts receivable/payable, disbursement processing, fixed assets management, and audit process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Focusing on tracking, recording, reconciliation and maintenance of fixed assets.
- Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including monitoring revenue transactions, processing disbursements, and managing accounts receivable and payable.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance

Qualifications:
- Candidates must have graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or any related course.
- With at least 1- 2 years experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Highly analytical, well-organized, and adept with interpersonal skills
- Familiar with the computerized accounting system
- Work location: Chino Roces, Makati City
- Willing to start ASAP
