Responsibilities Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationshipsGather, analyze and interpret data to help supported business units solve problems and allow for operational process improvementsUse tools and techniques to develop and visualize data in easy-to-understand formats, such as diagrams and graphsData Cleaning and Validation: Ensure data quality by fixing errors, duplicates, and outliers while ensuring the accuracy of the dataProcess Improvement: Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize workflows.Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasetsEvaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasetsCreate best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualizationEvaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning dataProactively analyze data to address key questions for stakeholders and yourself, focusing on what drives business performance.Investigate and communicate which areas require improvement in efficiency and productivity
