Job Requirements:
✨Bachelor’s degree holder
✨With at least 1 year experience in Purchasing or planning is a plus
✨Willing to work onsite in Technopark, Laguna

Job Responsibilities:
✨ Assist in organizing and managing the business's purchasing strategy
✨ Oversee and mentor purchasing employees and junior clerks to guarantee compliance with business procurement regulations.
✨Accurately and promptly review and manage purchase orders and requisitions
✨Assess the performance of suppliers and support the upkeep of vendor relationships.
✨ Assist in finding ways to reduce costs and negotiating terms and prices with
vendors.
✨ Conduct monthly inventory
✨ Keep an eye on stock levels and work with warehouse employees.
✨ Keep thorough purchase records and make sure procurement systems are updated on time.
✨Work together with internal divisions to address delays and inconsistencies.
✨ Help with market research to find possible suppliers and substitutes.
