Job Summary:
The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring that construction activities are executed efficiently and in line with project timelines. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) is an advantage but not required
- With 2–3 years of relevant experience in project planning
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Willing to travel and be assigned in various project locations, particularly in Alabang
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Can work with minimal supervision while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
- Result-oriented, systematic, and highly organized
- Genuine interest in building a long-term career in the construction industry

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and update project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to gather progress data and resolve scheduling issues.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports, highlighting potential delays and recommending corrective actions.
- Analyze project timelines and resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient execution.
- Assist in resource planning, including manpower, materials, and equipment allocation.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff or planning assistants, as required.
- Support the project team in achieving milestones and delivering projects within time, budget, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry best practices.

Competencies:
- Proficiency in project management and planning tools/software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High level of integrity and professionalism
