
Account Manager for CCTV Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the CCTV and security systems sector.
• Conduct site visits and client consultations to assess security needs.
• Prepare and present customized proposals, including technical specifications and pricing.
• Develop accurate and detailed Bills of Materials (BOM) for CCTV systems and related accessories.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.
• Monitor project timelines and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record with established clients/accounts in the CCTV industry.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in account management or technical sales, preferably in the CCTV or security industry.
• Proficiency in preparing proposals and BOMs for surveillance systems.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Technical knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, NVRs, and related infrastructure.
