COMPANY PROFILE: An international European contact center specializing in IT has expanded its presence in the Philippines. The company supports consumer product businesses in developing their digital vision and driving transformation initiatives that contribute to sustained growth in the consumer goods industry. They are currently looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals to support their Mandarin team.
Position: Mandarin Business Development Specialist
Industry: Multinational Consulting Company
Location:
McKinley, Taguig City Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9am-6pm | Monday-Friday)
Salary:
Php 80,000-Php 90,000 Work Set-up: Hybrid Set-up

- The company will discuss Other Benefits REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write/type in Mandarin and English.
- Open to Foreign Nationals who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, project management, or related field.
- Having 3 years of experience in project management with leadership experience within a CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
- Having experience in product and packaging innovation or new product development processes
- Strong MSO skills (Excel, PPT, Word) and background on MSP (or other similar software). RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Serve as the main liaison between local teams and Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and vendors.
- Translate project-related documents, reports, and communications between Mandarin and English.
- Track project progress, including milestones, timelines, and deliverables, to ensure alignment with established plans.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, document key discussion points, and follow through on action items to maintain stakeholder alignment.
- Proactively identify potential risks, delays, and dependencies, and support the development of effective solutions.
- Lead small-scale projects, including planning and budget management, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
- Build expertise in a specific project area (e.g., digital, brand, content, etc.).
- Contribute to innovation initiatives, both for internal development and client-facing projects. RECRUITMENT PROCESS
