The Marketing Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with creating and executing marketing plans, conducting market research, managing projects, developing and implementing sales strategies, and working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Social media marketing• Influencer coordination and management• Management of online stores (Tiktok shop, Lazada, Shoppee)• Sales and promo analysis• Promo creation• Competitor bench marking• Over all marketing analysisQualifications• Has excellent communication & organizational skills• Has experience in conducting market research and analyzing data• Sales and marketing skills, with a solid understanding of customer segments and product positioning• Project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines• Has strong attention to detail• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics• Prior work experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
