Responsibilities:
Oversee the HR Shared Services team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR processes, including employee onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and HR inquiries.
Develop and implement standardized HR processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Manage HR systems, databases, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) to maintain accurate employee records.
Collaborate with HR business partners, payroll, and legal teams to address employee concerns and policy compliance.
Required Skills:
At least 6 months of experience in Offshore HR Shared Services. Preferably with US client.
Experience in offshore HR facets is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail, especially when working with data and producing packs for senior
Additional Notes:
This position will be working with Indian multinational technology company specializing in information technology services and consulting.
Working Set-up: Onsite
Mondays to Fridays.
