Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs and special requests.
- Meet daily sales quotas and submit accurate sales reports.
- Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to sanitation and safety standards.
- Set up food items, tools, and equipment before store opening.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of stocks, preventing spoilage and contamination.
- Process customer transactions, handle cashiering duties, and ensure timely sales deposits.
- Manage online food aggregator accounts (e.g., Foodpanda, GrabFood, Pickaroo).
- Analyze customer feedback and implement service improvements.
- Assist in training new team members as needed.
- Follow company policies, work standards, and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including acting as a reliever at other store locations when necessary.

Qualifications:
- High school graduate or vocational graduate.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Experience in crowd management and handling cash transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Work Schedule & Benefits:
Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Pay:₱10,472 - ₱12,000 per month

Benefits:
13th-month salary
Commission and Overtime Pay
