Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for professionals to join us in our Bajada, Davao office in the role of Sales Associate.

As a Sales Associate, you will provides assistance to the Sales Team through pre-screening, telemarketing, pre-booking and loan documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sales Team by handling pre-screening, telemarketing, pre-booking, and loan documentation processes.
  • Conduct accurate and timely pre-screening of applications submitted by the Sales Team.
  • Manage telemarketing tasks, including the prompt sending of Notices of Approval and proper facilitation of client loan signings.
  • Oversee pre-booking activities such as issuing bank guarantees, preparing accounts for annotation, and endorsing accounts for booking in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare complete and accurate loan and mortgage documents in line with the approved Credit Approval Memo (CAM) prior to actual booking of accounts.

  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar/related capacity.
  • With above average communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Trainable, keen to details, self-motivated, and is able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Willing to work onsite.
