Job Description – Customer Service Representative (Telco Sales Account)
Overview
A Customer Service Representative for a telecommunications sales account is responsible for providing excellent customer support while promoting and selling telco products and services. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and matching them with the best mobile, internet, or cable solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
-Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding telco products, services, billing, and account concerns.
-Deliver clear and accurate information about mobile, internet, and cable plans.
-Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, upgrades, or bundled services.
-Upsell and cross-sell telco offerings to meet individual and team sales targets.
-Process service requests, plan changes, payments, and account updates efficiently.
-Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
-Maintain consistent customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
-Document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
-Meet or exceed KPIs, including sales quotas, call quality scores, AHT, and customer satisfaction metrics.
-Follow company policies, data security guidelines, and service standards.
Qualifications
Open to any educational attainment.
No experience required.
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
Basic understanding of telecommunications products and services (mobile, internet, cable).
Ability to multitask, adapt to fast-paced environments, and work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
Earn up to ₱27,000 per month with allowance + incentives and HMO.
