Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance to customers via phone, chat, or email.
- Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, internet connectivity, or account access.
- Guide customers step-by-step in resolving technical problems.
- Escalate complex cases to higher support or specialized teams when needed.
- Document customer interactions, solutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
- Deliver excellent customer service by staying calm, empathetic, and professional.
- Educate customers on product features, system updates, and best practices.
- Meet performance metrics such as AHT, CSAT, and resolution rate.
- Follow company policies, security protocols, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with teammates and participate in training to stay updated on tools and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of Technical Support experience in BPO
