Location: Taguig | Full Onsite Night Shift Schedule Monday to Friday Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting the recruitment team to effectively attract and hire top talent across the organization. This role blends hands-on recruiting with leadership responsibilities, ensuring recruitment efforts align with business objectives while delivering a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of 3 years in talent acquisition or recruitingAt least 12 years in a leadership or mentorship role within a recruitment functionPrior experience in a U.S.-based healthcare organization Duties/Responsibilities Provide daily leadership, coaching, and feedback to Talent Acquisition Specialists and CoordinatorsWork closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring processesPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutionsManage the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboardingTrack and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire to identify improvement opportunitiesContribute to employer branding efforts and represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and university engagementsMaintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment processPromote a collaborative, accountable, and innovation-driven culture within the recruitment team
