● Understanding of BIAN Service Domains, Behavior Qualifiers and Control Record

● Ability to create service domain interactions in workflow

● Process Modelling

● Data Mapping / Business Object Model

● Experience in creating Logical data model

● Ability tun workshops with senior stakeholders to identify gaps

● Ability to create business capability model

● Extremely proactive and problem solving capabilities who can proactively find improvement ideas and propose to clients

● BIAN certified candidate is preferred

● Ability to define Swaggers for API contracts

● Ability to analyse business processes and identify AP interactions and API interactions

● Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions & identify gaps amongst existing product and client requirements and suggest possible solutions.

● Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications.

● Good knowledge of one or more of the Retail Products like CASA Accounts, Fixed Deposit, Islamic banking products, Credit Cards etc

● Ability to define and explain end-to-end processes via User Journeys.
