Job Summary
As an Accounting Assistant, you’ll work within an organization’s Accounting Department. The role involves assisting the accounting Supervisor and Senior Management in accounting maintenance, reporting, and the company’s finances.

Job Description:
• Reconcile and balance receivables and payables
• Prepares clients' Invoice and Statements of Account
• Monitoring of client past due accounts
• Assists in following up collection from clients
• Reconciliation of Accounts with the clients
• Prepare and post daily payment and disbursement reports
• Prepares monthly reports of receivables and payables
• With Knowledge using Excel and Word.
• Willing to work at Palanan, Makati.

OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
